Three Thirty-Three is a 5-story boutique building, with 71,000 square feet of Class A office space and 11,000 square feet of retail. The building was fashioned after an early 1900s warehouse with industrial detailing and brick exterior. The interior workplaces are loft-style with 13-foot heavy timber ceilings, exposed steel columns and beams, and expansive 9-foot windows. The building opens onto Noble Park, which the developer intentionally planned to serve not only the building tenants and shop patrons, but the whole community. The park features outdoor seating, which borders the green space, as well as two large scale water walls. It is a place for relaxation, connection and community events. Three Thirty-Three has been widely successful, adding to the vibrant Gulch neighborhood.
