The primary focus for this urban infill project was to develop efficient, flexible and attainable living close to downtown Nashville. This building was delivered just before March 2020 and was well positioned for entry-level professionals working from home. The 67-unit condominium offers studio, 1+ office, 2-bedroom, 2+ office residences, ranging in size from 550 square feet to 1400 square feet. Located in the historic Buena Vista neighborhood, the building is 3 stories high along 10th Avenue, while the side facing Jefferson Street is 5 stories with 3,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space. Amenities include underground parking, a rooftop terrace, walkout patios and planting areas.
