The Finery is a mixed-use development consisting of 3 buildings in the Wedgewood-Houston neighborhood. The 200,000 square foot T3 building is timber construction, designed for sustainability with LEED and WELL certifications. It features an entry-level lobby, 5,300 square foot retail space, and parking garage, topped with 5 floors of Class A office space. The 2 additional buildings at The Finery feature office lofts and residences with outdoor terraces that overlook the plaza. The 17,000 square feet of ground floor retail and dining as well as public art on display create a vibrant atmosphere for living and working. Residents and office tenants will enjoy additional amenities including a fitness center, locker rooms, basketball court, and bike storage. CSDG worked with the project team to provide assistance through the planning process and an integrated site design that included on-site and offsite civil improvements and permit assistance.
