CSDG provided engineering design and construction administration services for a new high school, middle school, elementary school, and overall campus infrastructure for the 268-acre project site in Sumner County. This included the design of athletic facilities, parking, ADA access, roadways, utilities, grading, and various project permits.
The new high school has a capacity of 1,600 students in grades 9th-12th. The campus features a 313,000 square feet classroom building, an indoor athletic training facility, football field and stadium, baseball, softball, and soccer fields, as well as a countywide, regulation track.
Construction of the high school and elementary school was completed in 2022. Liberty Creek Middle School is currently under construction with the goal of opening this fall.
