Spring Hill is conveniently located off I-65, with commuters regularly traveling north to Davidson County and south to Maury County for work. With the new interstate interchange as part of Phase I, June Lake will attract corporations to fill the 3.9 million square feet of commercial space, thereby creating new jobs for residents in Spring Hill and surrounding areas. The master plan includes hospitality space, 1.3 million square feet of retail and restaurant space, and more than 2900 residential units comprised of detached homes, townhomes, and apartments. Construction of new homes began in April 2022. Outdoor amenities include community parks, event spaces and walking trails throughout the development. CSDG is providing civil engineering design and landscape architecture for the residential, commercial, and retail uses of the pods currently under design and construction.
