Ryan is a principal and leads one of CSDG’s civil engineering studios. He is responsible for many of the company’s residential and mixed-use projects, and he has been integral to the development of some of Middle Tennessee’s largest residential subdivisions, with more than 10,000 lots designed to date. Ryan is a trustworthy and reliable single point of contact for his clients, and his hands-on, detail-oriented, and cost-effective approach ensures that projects deliver on time and under budget. A sampling of his Middle Tennessee projects includes Barton’s Village, Norman Farm, McDaniel Estates, Water’s Edge, Hunters Pointe, and Jackson Hills. Ryan is an active participant at Rolling Hills Church and an advocate for various animal rescue groups. He is a member of the Home Builders Association of Middle Tennessee and a Pi Kappa Alpha alumnus. Ryan received his Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from Southern Illinois University.
