Joe is a principal and leads one of CSDG’s civil engineering teams. With more than 12 years of engineering experience, he manages many of the firm’s industrial, educational, and municipal projects. Some of Joe’s notable Nashville-area projects include Lebanon High School, American Wonder Porcelain, Five Oaks Community, Amazon distribution center (Mt. Juliet), and Under Armour. Joe also has specific expertise with Industrial Development Board grants and projects, as well as TDOT projects including safe routes to schools, state industrial access (S.I.A.), transportation alternatives, and transportation enhancements projects. He received his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Tennessee.
